    Staff are helpful. Apart from that what a rude security guard. Selectively questions customers based on demographics.

    Doesn't ask any questions to those he favours. First impressions count, this security guard leaves you feeling like you're trespassing.

    I took coins to deposit money today, the clerk said: We don’t accept coins, you have to go to another bank, sorry

    What does it mean?

    I have sorted the coins
    I've asked multiple times and I've been denied but they're not very busy..

    The Greystanes branch have always been very helpful, whenever we walk into the branch we are welcomed by one of the friendly staff who are happy to help us with whatever we need. As a business LJH Real estate we have many transactions and they are always dealt with promptly. We are thankful to have such a hard working branch nearby.

    I went to the Greystanes branch, I met a young man teller, named Charbel, he attended to me and my enquiries with great understanding and professionalism, he was prompt and very knowledgeable of the situation and solution that I was requesting.
    He made my visit so at ease ,I highly recommend that the management acknowledges Charbel as a great asset to the Bank.
